Western Iowa Telephone understands how hectic lifestyles are today. We have made every effort to simplify bill-paying. You can also order cable tv, DSL, dial-up Internet or telephone calling features by clicking the following link, as well. EBill is available 24 hours a day online.
You can opt to receive your bill via email. If you take this option, you can choose to also receive a paper bill, or you can choose to receive no paper bill. You can still view your bill through eBill. You may use Direct Payment through your bank or set up Automatic Monthly Credit Card payments. Call our office for details.
You may call us and pay your bill with a credit card, stop by our office to pay your bill, or drop your payment in our drop slot if paying after hours. Payments are due when you receive your bill on the first of the month. If opting to pay after the 20th of the month, please read our Late Pay Policy. If you need assistance in paying your bill and meet the qualifications, Link Up is available.
