The following prices are per attendee, per minute. For example, if you had 6 attendees and your conference call lasted 15 minutes, the charge would be 6 X 15 X .25 for a total of $22.50, plus the $2.50 set-up fee, plus tax.

There is a one-time set-up fee of $2.50.

An 800 number is available if the host wishes to offer a toll-free call to the participants. The charge would be $0.15/minute per user. For example, if all 6 participants were not WITA's customers, they would have a long distance charge to pay on their end if they didn't use the 800 number. If you used the 800 number, the charge would be billed to the host of the conference call, making the day-time charge 40¢ per user per minute.

BY ENROLLMENT IN, USE, OR PAYMENT FOR SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONFERENCE SERVICES.

Western Iowa Telephone Ass'n., herin after Company, shall provide and Customer shall purchase Conference Service from Company. Conference Service is the furnishing of facilities to establish and maintain connection between one end user customer and another party or parties. Service does not undertake to transmit messages but furnishes facilities for the use of customers to use for communication.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company shall not be liable to customer for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages of any kind including but not limited to any loss of use, loss of business, or loss of profit, except as provided elsewhere in this website, any company liability to customer for any damages of any kind under the agreement shall not exceed in amount, a sum equivalent to the applicable out-of-service credit under this agreement. Remedies under this agreement are exclusive and limited to those expressly described in this agreement.

Warranties:

There are no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Credit Allowances for Interruptions:

If an interruption or failure of Services is caused solely by Company and not by you or a third party or other causes beyond our reasonable control, you may be entitled to a credit allowance as determined by Company.
