Does this problem exist on all televisions?

No. Verify that both cable end connections are tight.

Do you have a picture now?
Yes
No: Disconnect ALL other equipment connected to the TV or Digital box (i.e.: VCR, TiVo, etc.)
Disconnect TV from cable outlet, let sit for 1 minute, reconnect, and run the programming sequence on television.

Do you have a picture now?
Yes.
No. Please call 712.944.5711 to submit a trouble ticket.

Does the TV that has the problem have a digital box?

YES: UNPLUG DIGITAL BOX FROM POWER FOR 20 SECONDS – DO NOT DISCONNECT THE CATV SIGNAL – ALLOW TIME TO BE DISPLAYED ON THE BOX AND THEN TURN IT ON. CHECK “INPUT OR SOURCE” ON TV IS CORRECT FOR SET TOP.

Do you have a picture now?
No. Disconnect coax connection from Digital box and plug it into the television. Using your TV remote you will have to change the input or source (remember input for when you change it back).

Do you have clear reception now?
Yes.
No: Disconnect ALL other equipment connected to the TV or Digital Box? (i.e.: VCR, TiVo, etc.) Do you have clear reception now?
Yes.
No: Please call 712.944.5711 to submit a trouble ticket.


Missing Channels:

Does this problem exist on all TVs?
Yes: Call 712.944.5711 to see if the problem is system wide.
No: Re-run the setup on your TV. Do you have all of the channels now?

Does the TV that has the problem have a digital box?
Yes. REBOOT THE DIGITAL BOX.
No: Verify that both cable end connections are tight.

Do you have all of the channels now?
Yes.
No. Please call 712.944.5711 to submit a trouble ticket.

 

Channel Not Available:

Double check that the channel you are trying to access is included in your package.
Check that all connections between your digital receiver (if you have one), the television and the wall are tight (especially the connection between your wall outlet and digital receiver). If that doesn’t help call 712.944.5711 to report the trouble.

 

Digital Picture is Tiling and/or Freezing:

Verify that both cable end connections are tight.
Reboot Digital box by unplugging the power to the digital receiver for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Please wait 5-15 minutes for the digital receiver to be operational. If you are still experiencing issues please call 712.944.5711 to submit a trouble ticket.
