Troubleshooting & Support
If you have a cordless phone/phones, unplug them completely from jacks and electrical outlets. Plug in a standard telephone (If you don't own one, see if you can borrow one from a friend or neighbor). If the standard phone works, more than likely the problem stems from your cordless phone.
If you are still having issues, try unplugging answering systems, cable TV systems/satellite cable equipment and/or computers. Sometimes peripheral equipment can seize your telephone lines and cause outages.
If you continue having issues, Wiatel service techs can come and check the line to the protector on the outside of your house. There is no charge for making this check. If the problem is ours, we will repair it. If the problem is yours arising from your equipment or wiring, and you ask us to fix it, you will be charged in concurrence with FCC rules.
